I was watching the show today and during the pet's musical number I realized that ALL the pets in the number are wearing makeup and wigs almost IDENTICAL to those of Jem and the Holograms and the Misfits! The panda Penny Ling has Shana's hair and makeup and The pink monkey Minka even has the Jem hair and earrings!!!

I am trying to get this group and my others back on their feet thought might be a bit hard because I think my computer just died last night. I have been checking on this group but I know I have been gone awhile. I have things in life that I will not go into here but you can find out on my page if you want.
I am working on clearing out the deactivated accounts which led me to find the person I had as cofounder if gone without any word. So looking for a new cofounder to help. Must have experiance with groups.

I also remember Stoked made parodied the Jem love triangle in the episode "Heartbreak Hotel" (it starts at 13:06, and the highlight is 16:46) [link].
The character Emma puts on a wig and pretends to be a girl named "Jemma" in order to distract a guy who she likes. Unfortunately, he falls in love in Jemma and begins to ignore Emma (16:46). The ending of this subplot is kinda lame though :/
